Competitive Swimming & Stroke Correction in Singapore
Coached by national medallists who have raced for Singapore and local clubs. One-to-one stroke correction across all four strokes, race preparation and 50m pool timing, for all ages and abilities.
Why train with 02H for competitive swimming?
Because 02H is coached by competitive swimmers, not hobbyists. Our coaches are national competition medallists who have represented Singapore and local clubs, many having trained and raced since around the age of four. Between them they bring decades of combined racing experience to every session.
That racing background changes how we coach. We do not just tell a swimmer to "kick harder", we see the small inefficiencies that cost real time, because we have felt them in our own races. Whether you are fixing a stroke that never quite clicked or chasing a personal best, you are learning from people who have stood on the blocks and the podium. Meet the team on our swim coaches page.
The competitions our coaches have competed in
Competitive swimming runs from school meets up to the world stage. Ranked from the biggest arena down, here is that ladder, and exactly where our own coaches have raced on it, named honestly.
| Competition | Level | 02H coaches who have raced here |
|---|---|---|
| World Aquatics World Short Course Swimming Championships (25m) Formerly the FINA World Short Course Championships |
International | The international pinnacle our competitive pathway points toward. |
| South-East Asia (SEA) Age Group Swimming Championships | Regional | Coach Renee Fong |
| Singapore National Games | National games | Coach Dylan Fong, Coach Renee Fong |
| Singapore National Swimming Championships (SNSC) | National open | Coach Dylan Fong, Coach Renee Fong, Coach Mandy Fong |
| Singapore National Age Group Swimming Championships (SNAG) | National age-group | Coach Dylan Fong, Coach Renee Fong, Coach Mandy Fong |
| National School Games (NSG) | National inter-school | Coach Dylan Fong, Coach Renee Fong, Coach Mandy Fong |
National and regional swimming championships in Singapore are governed by Singapore Aquatics; the World Short Course Championships are run by World Aquatics (formerly FINA). We only attribute an event to a coach where they have genuinely competed in it.
