Why train with 02H for competitive swimming?
Because 02H is coached by competitive swimmers. All three coaches have won medals at the Singapore National Age Group Championships, National School Games and Singapore National Swimming Championships between 2012 and 2026, and Coach Renee has represented Singapore at a FINA short-course meet.
That racing background changes how we coach. We do not just tell a swimmer to "kick harder", we see the small inefficiencies that cost real time, because we have felt them in our own races. National and regional swimming championships in Singapore are governed by Singapore Aquatics; the World Short Course Championships are run by World Aquatics (formerly FINA). We only attribute an event to a coach where they have genuinely competed in it.

One-to-one coaching that fixes technique and builds race speed. We refine all four strokes stroke by stroke, then add race preparation, 50m pool timing and competition readiness, for swimmers of all ages and abilities, from adults tidying up a stroke to juniors chasing national qualifying times.
